Trademark Direct have confirmed that their preferred email address for client correspondence is info@trademarkdirect.co.uk.

They have also confirmed that their main telephone number, beginning 0208, is active and available on their website for clients wishing to make contact.

We will continue to update this page with any further verified information that may assist trademark owners in maintaining communication with their representative.

Update – 29 April 2025

We recently contacted some clients of  Trademark Direct Ltd (TMD) following a number of concerned individuals contacting us about their inability to get in contact with their representative, potentially leaving thousands of trademarks unmonitored and vulnerable.

Since initially reaching out to trademark owners, we have now been contacted by representatives of Trade Mark Direct.

At this time, we are awaiting further clarification from TMD regarding the situation and client service arrangements. We remain committed to keeping trademark owners properly informed and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

Please note that no further outreach is taking place.
Some TMD trademark owners may still be receiving communications posted last week as part of the original outreach.
