How much does it cost?

Every application is different, so we avoid one-size-fits-all prices. After your clearance audit, you get a specific quote, with the official UKIPO fees and our fixed fees set out clearly, from filing to registration. Pay upfront or spread the cost, whichever suits you. No cheap headline price, and no nasty surprises later.

The trademark cost calculator shows the official fees for the UK, the EU and every other country we handle.

Official disputes

Trademark oppositions (TM7) and cancellations

Formal proceedings at the UK IPO: opposing a conflicting application, or cancelling a registration that shouldn't be there. We also defend you if someone challenges yours.

Enforcement: stop copycats

Working alongside trademark attorneys and solicitors

We're trademark specialists, trusted by thousands of UK businesses since 2008. For most of what a business needs, our specific trademark expertise is all you need: searches, UK applications, monitoring, renewals, representation at the UK IPO, and settling disputes before they escalate.

When a matter needs a qualified trademark attorney or solicitor, usually legal proceedings or disputes on international applications, we bring one in and manage the work alongside them. You only pay attorney or solicitor rates for the work that needs their qualifications.

Many solicitors and trademark attorneys also use us as their trademark paralegals.

Not sure which service you need?

What is the difference between a trademark opposition and enforcement?

Oppositions and cancellations are formal proceedings at the UK IPO, used to stop a conflicting application or to remove a registration that should not be there. Enforcement deals with copycats without going to the IPO, through cease and desist letters, website takedowns and social media takedowns. We also defend clients when someone challenges their own trademark.
