If you choose to use our trade mark search facility on our Website we aim to report to you on trade marks that are identical or may be considered confusingly similar to yours. We will only search the classifications and jurisdictions selected by you on our Website. We will aim to provide you with the search results within 24 hours and in any event as soon as reasonable practicable. Where we are unable to provide the report to you due to an event outside our control, we will attempt to contact you using the contact details you have provided.

The information obtained under trade mark searches originate from a number of trade mark offices, journals, and other resources and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information obtained from its publications, records or databases, nor can we accept errors or omission from the same. You understand that we do not provide advice, whether of a legal, or other professional nature and the search results are provide for information purposes only.

Our search facility is limited to UK and EU (as selected by you) trade mark databases as follows:
