We recently contacted some clients of Trademark Direct Ltd (TMD) following a number of concerned individuals contacting us about their inability to get in contact with their representative, potentially leaving thousands of trademarks unmonitored and vulnerable.
Since initially reaching out to trademark owners, we have now been contacted by representatives of Trade Mark Direct.
At this time, we are awaiting further clarification from TMD regarding the situation and client service arrangements. We remain committed to keeping trademark owners properly informed and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
