Since 2017, our pricing has remained unchanged. During that time, we have remained firmly committed to one principle: making high quality trademark support accessible to anyone with a vision they want to protect.
Despite rising costs across the UK, we chose not to increase prices following last year’s budget. Instead, we focused on investing in our services, systems and people to ensure clients continue to receive reliable, practical and cost effective trademark support.
What we have invested in this year
Over the past year we have made significant investments to improve the quality, coverage and reliability of our services.
- Expanded monitoring and search coverage
Our paid search and monitoring services now cover additional platforms including Amazon, TikTok, TikTok Shop, Temu and other online marketplaces where counterfeit or infringing listings frequently appear.
This is in addition to existing monitoring across global trademark databases, Google search results, social media platforms, domain names and UK Companies House. - Advanced analytics and AI scoring
In collaboration with Manchester University, we have developed our own AI driven analytics to score search results in real time.
This allows us to process more data, more accurately, while only presenting clients with results that pose a genuine potential risk to their brand. - Internal systems and client safeguards
We have invested tens of thousands of pounds into improving our internal CRM and operational systems. This allows us to manage increased demand efficiently while reducing the risk of costly errors for our clients.
What this means for you
We continue to provide personalised trademark services across the full lifecycle, from pre registration searches through to applications, registration and enforcement.
Our services remain a fraction of the cost charged by solicitors and trademark attorneys, while continuing to support many legal professionals with their trademark clients.
However, with our growing client base and ongoing investment, it is no longer sustainable to operate under a pricing structure that has remained unchanged since 2017.
As a result, we will be making limited and considered adjustments to our pricing.
What is not changing
Fixed price services
Our fixed price trademark application services will remain unchanged. We do not believe administrative fees should be a barrier to protecting a brand. Everyone deserves access to proper trademark guidance to avoid wasted applications in the UK and overseas.
Existing representation contracts
All existing representation contracts will be honoured until the end of their current term.
Objections to trademark applications
Where an application receives an objection from the UK Intellectual Property Office, the process can be lengthy and uncertain. With regulated attorneys, this often results in hundreds of pounds per hour with no guarantee of success.
We have always included objection handling within our application fees to give clients certainty of cost.
Going forward, provided a client has active monitoring services in place, we will continue to handle objections as part of the monitoring service rather than increasing application fees.
Changes to hourly rates
Our minimum hourly rate has been £59 per hour since 2017.
From January 2026, this will increase to £75 per hour.
Representation packages
Social and trademark monitoring
Monitoring will continue to be included within representation packages. Standalone monitoring remains available at £49 per month.
Core Representation
The monthly fee will increase from £59 to £75.
This includes six hours per annum of contentious work plus monthly monitoring.
Elite Representation
The monthly fee will increase from £99 to £124.
This includes twelve hours per annum of contentious work plus monthly monitoring.
Monitoring services
We have introduced new options to ensure essential monitoring remains accessible.
Monitoring Essential is now available from £19 per month and includes UK trademark monitoring and Companies House monitoring.
Additional monitoring services can be added as required, allowing clients to scale protection in line with their needs and budgets.
Existing quotes and invoices
New pricing will take effect from January 2026.
Any existing quotes or outstanding invoices can be honoured up until 25 December or your agreed payment date, whichever comes first.
Summary
These changes are necessary to ensure we can continue to deliver reliable, high quality trademark support while investing in the tools, systems and people our clients rely on.
