Urgent Notice for Clients of Trademark Direct
We’ve recently been contacted by a number of concerned business owners who have used Trademark Direct for their trademark registration. They’ve told us they can no longer reach the company — and our own attempts to contact them have raised serious concerns. At first, the phones rang out. More recently, the line appears to have been disconnected.
Trademarks at Risk?
There’s no official record at Companies House to confirm what is happening.
While we cannot comment on the internal affairs of Trademark Direct, what we can say is this: a growing number of clients are finding that no one has told them their trademarks are due to expire. This isn’t just inconvenient — it’s risky. If important notices like cancellations or objections go unanswered, your trademark could be withdrawn without your knowledge.
